At first I loved the grapefruit detergent and signed up for a subscription. The smell is pleasant and my dishes came out clean. After using this product exclusively for several months, a pink sludge began to develop inside my dishwasher, especially in all the drain components. It can be taken apart and scrubbed off, but returns again within a few weeks. I never had this issue in the 7 years prior to using this detergent. Unfortunately when I made the company aware of the issue and asked for the product to be replaced or refunded, I was told I was past the 30 day window. I'm disappointed in this product and the company for not making it right.

I would rather have the pods, but this powder really has a nice scent.

I’ve tried many different dishwashing detergents, ad this one gets my vote for being number one!! The powder is much better than the pods for cleaning. Dishes are super clean, and I intentionally gave it a couple of hard tests. I also like that you can use as much or as little of the powder as needed. I’m sold!!

I only deed the dishwasher powder to avoid the pod covering. We have found that the half scoop works fine. Would purchase again.
