NPI consists of anonymous data from our users that is not associated with any individual and is measured only in the aggregate. NPI allows us to better tailor our content to users' needs and helps our advertisers and sponsors better understand the demographics of our audience. Because Grab Green depends upon sponsorships and advertising, providing such aggregated demographic data is essential to keeping our business operating and growing. Under no circumstances does Grab Green divulge any information about an individual user to a third party, except as described herein.

We use a third party payment processor and a third party shipping agent to ensure the payment and delivery of your purchased products. We share your Personal Information with these third parties so that they may process payments, fulfill orders and/or deliver products you purchase from us. Our ad network company uses cookies and web beacons to collect NPI about your activities on this and other websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests.

Grab Green tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our Websites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Grab Green does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).

Grab Green sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our Website users like and do not like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

5. Email & Other Communications

We may contact you via email to send you necessary order-related messages, such as order confirmation and shipment confirmation notices.

We may also send you newsletters and additional email messages about our products, services, contests, and promotions that we feel may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive these and other promotional communications from us, you may select the unsubscribe link which is present in each email. If you place an order with us, you may not opt out of receiving email communications from us with regard to that order as email is our means of communicating with you regarding your order.

6. Social Media Features and Widgets

Our Web site includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and widgets, such as the “Share” this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Website. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. Your interactions with any such feature and/or widget is governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

7. Single Sign-On

You can log in to our Website using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Website to your Facebook profile page to share with others within your network. We have no control over the privacy practices of Facebook or other such websites or apps, and the Personal Information you share on these third-party websites is governed by the privacy policies of the operators of such websites.

8. How We Protect Your Information utilizes commercially reasonable, industry-standard technology for Internet security purposes. When you access our checkout using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, your information is protected with both server authentication and data encryption, and available only to Grab Green.

Our Website is verified by GoDaddy for all of our secure credit card transactions.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us at We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

10. Your California Privacy Rights

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family, or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once a calendar year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2012 will receive information regarding 2011 sharing activities).

We will provide the requested information to you at your email address in response. Not all information sharing is covered by the "Shine the Light" requirements, and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without requesting parental consent.

While we will use reasonable means to ensure the security of information you transmit through the Website, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be intercepted by third parties, and we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
