How we make our fragrances
For the fragrances in our products, we choose a traditional blend of natural and synthetic ingredients. Fragrances using this combination are vastly beneficial, and studies reveal fragrances create a positive role in our lives.

Fragrance ingredients are safely combined from resources such as terpene left over by manufacturing of the pulp and paper industries which would otherwise be discarded as waste. My family loves these! We have tired a lot of different brands and sheets and all natural products and these are our favorite at the moment. Pods makes it easy for my teens so no over doing it with the soap.

My mom introduced me to these pods and I bought a bag in October. I love the Gardenia scent of this detergent, but I wish I could just get a powdered detergent with a scoop in a compostable box or canister. My city doesn't recycle #7 plastics, and I hate the pod design because 1) they don't dissolve all the way in my HE washing machine and often get caught in the gasket where the door seals, and 2) they unnecessarily introduce more microplastics into our waterways. I end up cutting the pods open and dumping the powder into my machine. I also don't need my detergent pre-portioned for a designated number of loads - I would like to determine for myself what the appropriate amount is for the size of my load of laundry. I would love to see more effort to create 100% plastic-free products and stop the greenwashing. Until then I don't think I'll be repurchasing this product. As a side note, I see all the reviews about recent formula changes and that makes me even less inclined to purchase in the future.

I ordered 3 in 1 laundry Detergent pods (and non-bleach pods) on 3/13/25 expedited shipping (2-3 days) and still haven't received the products. On 3/18/25 I e-mailed customer support-no response. Yesterday I called and left a message-no response. Today I forwarded my e-mail and wrote to support@grabgreen.com the e-mail where the customer service recording says to e-mail-returned-Mailer Daemon failure notice. Tonight I called again and left a message.
Horrendous customer service. I want a full refund. This lack of customer service response is unacceptable.
