Happy with product, actually on my second bag now. I went through the reviews and 1) some may have gotten a bad batch? and 2) get the mini-sampler first. The pods dissolve and clean my clothes and towels and beddings, no problem. This is why I think some may have gotten a bad batch. The smell can be strong if you’re sensitive to scents. I personally love scents but am very picky, preferring leafy/woody/soapy to floral/fruity. I got the mini-sampler first ($10, 2 pods of each scent) and liked all the scents. Rose and Olive are probably the mildest. Disappointed with the dryer sheets, though, because they were too . . . dry. But reading through the reviews, I’m now thinking I may have gotten a bad batch too.
Doesn’t dissolve. I’ve even tried warm water. It’s in a rock in the washer after the cycle.
